Choir Fees
A reminder that Spring Term fees are payable now.
The fees payable from September 2011 are £40 per child.
This is made up of £5 tutition fees and £35 membership fees (which go towards rehersal and administration costs).
If you are a UK tax payer, please fill out and return a Gift aid Form. This will allow us to reclaim standard rate tax from the £35 membership element of the fees.
Thank you to all who have already submitted their payments.
Saturday Rehearsals
Our normal rehearsal times are:-
- Senior Choir: 9:30 to 11:30
- Junior Choir: 10:30 to 12:30
Singers are reminded to wear their informal tops on rehearsal days—it is quite necessary as an additional security measure. East Community Centre is a public venue and our tops are quite distinctive. They are one of the package of measures which identify choir members and support their safety.
Uniforms
Order forms for the new uniform can be got from the on duty committee members at rehearsals.
Committee Meetings
If you have any comment or points of discussion you would like to pass on to the committee, please contact the Secretary and they can be added to the agenda of the next meeting.
The committee encourages all parents to provide feedback throughout the year.
