Benjamin Horden began his musical career as a chorister at Ss Peter and Paul Church, Kettering where he later became the church’s Organ Scholar, studying organ with Andrew King.

In 2006 Ben was appointed Organ Scholar at Peterborough Cathedral where he regularly accompanied the Cathedral Choir in services. He also toured Ireland with the choir and performed in concert with His Majestys Sagbutts and Cornetts.

In 2007 he accompanied trumpeter, Philip Cobb in an acclaimed recording which included a number of works for trumpet and organ.

Ben is currently Organ Scholar at the Royal Hospital Chelsea accompanying the Chapel Choir in concerts and services under the direction of Ian Curror.

Ben currently studies the organ with Henry Fairs and has previously studied with Andrew Reid, and has performed in master classes under Susan Landale, David Sanger and Gordon Stewart. As a recitalist he has performed in churches and cathedrals throughout the UK including Westminster Abbey, Temple Church and Truro Cathedral.
