1st Rehearsal after Spring Half-Term Break
Saturday February 25th
PYS start rehearsals again on Saturday 25th February at the usual time of 09:30 for the Senior Choir and 10:30 for the Juniors. Looking forward to seeing you all then after the Spring Half-Term Break.

Saturday March 10th
The spring term social event is to be held after half-term on the 10th March.
All PYS members should attend a joint rehearsal starting at 9am; this will finish at 11am when we will travel across to the ice rink in Bretton. Lunch will be provided and it is expected that everyone can be collected around 2.30pm.
Peterborough Music Festival 2012
Saturday March 24th
Our entry in to this year’s Music Festival has been confirmed for Saturday 24th March. As usual we will look to manage a short rehearsal at the Town Hall before our performance; note that there will be no rehearsal at ECC on this Saturday.
The committee has made the organisers of the festival aware that we are available for the evening concert should we be invited; so let’s keep our fingers crossed. Further detail on timings will be available closer to the date.
PYS Choir Recording
Saturday March 31st
It is hoped that a recording of some of the pieces we have been learning this year, and perhaps some old favourites as well, can be made on the last Saturday of this term’s calendar. Please do bring your completed calendars to one of the Saturday rehearsals before half-term so that we can properly gauge the level of attendance for this event.
